What makes this image interesting is the presence of repetition.
Repetition is demonstrated with shape, line, and color. There are many (repeated) rectangular shapes and straight lines throughout the image. There are also jagged lines - the cracks in the cement, which are repeating. In addition, red and yellow elements are broken up by those lines and shapes and appear in multiple places throughout the photo.
